There are several options for leaving the village and this is not the prettiest one, for me (cote de marneffe from fumal) is much more pleasant because of its landscape and similar level of difficulty, but if you want to discover it it's worth the diversions on occasion.
Plusieurs options pour sortir du village et ce n'est pas la plus jolie , pour moi ( cote de marneffe depuis fumal ) est bien plus agréable par son paysage et niveau difficulté semblable, mais si vous voulez la découvrir elle vaut de détour a l'occasion
First a fairly easy approach, as soon as you turn left at the chapel it is a bit steep with a fairly long spur at the end. The road is quite wide and in good condition. Not much traffic when I was there.
Eerst een vrij gemakkelijke aanloop, vanaf je aan de kapel links inslaagt is het toch een stukje stijl met een vrij lange uitloper als einde. De weg is vrij breed en ligt er goed bij. Niet veel verkeer toen ik er was.
After the chapel in the village, in the curve to the left, the climb begins. Becomes steeper. Pay attention to traffic behind you!
Na de kapel in het dorp, in de bocht naar links begint de klim. Wordt steiler. Opletten voor achter komend verkeer wel!
