Lovely little climb over good tarmac and one that you really do feel despite it not being very long. The first part is a straight road up which becomes steeper and steeper. Heerlijk klimmetje over goed asfalt en één die je echt wel voelt ondanks dat deze niet zo lang is. Het eerste deel is een rechte weg omhoog die steeds steiler wordt. Voorbij de huizen wordt het redelijk aanpoten en vooral in het links-rechts-gedeelte mag je aan de bak. Daarna is het snel voorbij. Je komt op een T-splitsing met rechts een gravelweg (steile afdaling verderop). Links ligt wel asfalt maar ook die weg wordt verderop een gravelweg. Boven fraai uitzicht, o.a. richting de Vaalserberg.
