A nice climb to the plateau. First with the curve to the left along some houses, then a nice hairpin curve and then up through and along a forest. At the houses the tarmac is reasonable and in the forest excellent, but now because of the storms of February 2022 there were branches (and pieces of larger branches) and mud on the road. The slope is a bit steeper in the beginning and then becomes a light and reasonable runner. The road becomes a dead end (after the climb a gravel road), but there is a second climb on a tarmac road at the same point so that a nice lap can be ridden (in a bicycle tour you have a steep descent to choose).
Een fraai klimmetje naar het plateau. Eerst met de bocht naar links langs wat huizen, daarna een mooie haarspeldbocht en dan door en langs een bos omhoog. Bij de huizen is het asfalt redelijk en in het bos uitstekend, maar nu lagen er vanwege de stormen van februari 2022 nu wel takjes (en stukken van grotere takken) en modder op de weg. De helling is in het begin even wat steviger en wordt daarna een lichte en redelijke loper. De weg loopt dood (wordt na de klim een gravelweg), maar er komt een tweede klim over een asfaltweg uit op hetzelfde punt zodat er wel een mooi rondje gereden kan worden (bij een rondje fietsen heb je wel een steile afdaling voor de kiezen).
