Ferm Onding, don't know the area super well, live a lot further north myself, but it is a nice and fun climb. From the cobbles on, the difficulty goes up considerably. Can be quite busy there, even in the weekend.
A nice neighbourhood too.

This is a fairly difficult hill, with the steepest part being paved. Fortunately these cobblestones are fairly regular, and it is generally possible to avoid them by taking the gully... when it is not cluttered with foliage and various branches, as is often the case in the bad season.

At the foot of the climb, the Pede park is a very pleasant place to walk.
