The climb is on a wide road with lots of traffic. It's quite dangerous because the roadside is in poor condition and we have to move to the left. Nonetheless, it's a nice climb with a pleasant gradient.
La montée se fait sur une route large et avec beaucoup de circulation. C'est assez dangereux car le bord de la route est en mauvais état et nous sommes obligés de nous décaler vers la gauche. Néanmoins la montée reste sympa avec sa pente assez agréable.
The least pleasant side of the alternatives, because of the busy traffic and sometimes dangerous drivers. I prefer the Rue du Croiseau or the narrow lane halfway towards the canal.
Minst aangename kant van alle alternatieven, vanwege het drukke verkeer met soms gevaarlijke bestuurders. Dan nog liever via de Rue du Croiseau of via het smalle baantje halfweg richting het kanaal.
