After the miserable through road from Theux (very busy and very bumpy, so that reduces the score considerably), the climb becomes a lot more fun once you have turned off as it rises nicely for a while through agricultural areas, followed later by a relatively flat (and sometimes even descending) section. Towards Fays (a pretty little village) it goes up again and that rise itself continues until the end. In the last section, panoramic views.
