Vanaf de gezamenlijke top van Hurpesch/Kleeberg/Elzeterberg daal je af richting Rott als je na de bocht bij de huizen rechts van de weg een soort muur ziet opdoemen. Met voldoende vaart uit de afdaling/juist geschakeld kan je op de macht naar boven rijden. Is dit niet het geval dan zal je zien dat het korte klimmetje ineens heel erg lastig is om boven te komen.
