From the (nice) centre of Aachen-Burtscheid this climb goes south, mainly over a free cycling path with excellent asphalt. The surroundings are quite green by urban standards and the path meanders nicely along the wall of a cemetery. Further on there's sometimes a view to the right.
Vanuit het (leuke) centrum van Aachen-Burtscheid loopt deze klim naar het zuiden, voornamelijk over een vrij liggend fietspad voorzien van uitstekend asfalt. De omgeving is voor stedelijke begrippen behoorlijk groen en de weg slingert o.a. mooi langs de muur van een begraafplaats. Verderop soms nog wat uitzicht over rechts.
