You ride on a sloping bike path with great tarmac. Therefore you don't really have the feeling that you cycle up a climb.
Je rijdt hier over een een glooiend fietspad met heerlijk asfalt. Daardoor heb je niet echt het gevoel dat je een klim op fietst.
Beautiful (beech) forest but not the most beautiful route because it is a bike path along a busy road. You feel (and see) the route rising but you do not have to focus on it. Quite handy since you pass the Pyramid Circus halfway.
Prachtig (beuken)bos maar niet de mooiste route omdat het een fietspad langs een drukke weg is. Je voelt (en ziet) de route wel stijgen maar je hoeft je er niet op te focussen. Wel handig aangezien je halverwege het Pyramide-circus passeert.
As far as you can call it a climb :-), and yet you always feel it. It's not as if your brain accepts to go softer on this stretch of road, downshifting feels like a no-go, and you can feel it going up anyway.
Voor zover je het een klimmetje kan noemen :-), en toch voel je deze wel altijd. Het is namelijk niet alsof je brein accepteert op dit stuk weg zachter te gaan, terugschakelen voelt al helemaal als een no-go, en dan voel je toch wel dat het ff oploopt.
