As another reviewer noted earlier, the ascent via Zandberg is more fun and punchy. Then turn left towards Puth. The tiled cycle path is doable but does make you have to be a bit more focused on the road surface. Other than that, the climb is not that challenging and can be busy with traffic.

In the built-up area there is a bicycle lane and then a tarmac cycle path. The tiles are reasonably well laid but you do feel them with hard tyres. The route itself is nice because the road swings quietly upwards and the climb is a reasonable runner.

For me personally one of the most worthless climbs in the area where I live. Purely because of that horrible tile bike path.

The line on the map is drawn in the middle with a bend to the right. 95% of the cyclists will always follow the road straight ahead and then continue for a few 100 meters. The kink is most often combined with the sand hill coming from the left.
