The Portalet from Biescas. It is mostly very long but also very doable due to the many sections with low percentages. As you approach the top, the scenery becomes more and more beautiful (e.g. the village of Sallent de Gállego!) and the road quieter. You can ride most of the climb to the right of the carriageway on a sort of hard shoulder. This is fine tarmac and when I was there I did not see any significant grit.
