This one, like Puerto de Las Palomas, is a beautiful climb. Excellent road surface. This is also quite regular and the views are beautiful. Only encountered a few cars's here too. I do not quite understand my previous reviewer. The whole region is relatively traffic

From the village of El Bosque, on the road that connects this village with Benamahoma, about 4 km and especially with Grazalema.
ATTENTION:
- THERE IS NO ARCENES
- MUCHO, MUCHO, MUCHO TRAFFIC in both directions, is the only road that connects these populations.
Another Puerto to go ENJOYING THE LANDSCAPE, in this one with much MORE OVER, in many occasions we go through coniferous forests......
We will also find many cyclists, most of them road cyclists.
We recommend leaving, to warm up, from the road that goes to Ubrique, at about 272 m altitude, climb towards El Bosque (335 m) and from there in about 3 / 4 km to reach the junction with Benamahoma, and we have already climbed some ramp with a 10 %, and we have descended , big break about 3 %, to face at km 5, / 5,5 a first horseshoe, at the exit of this village , which we have not entered, HERRADURA TREMENDA, DEL 10 / 11 %....which tells us that from here the climb will be much harder.
At km 7 we reach an area called Los Llanos, where we can drink from a SOURCE, we continue uphill hard towards km 9, from where we will see the maximum altitude of these mountain ranges: El Torreón, we can say that from here the slope will always be very close to 10 % of slope.
We pass the last curve and we see the 1189 m sign, where most of us take a picture, after about 810 m of ascent, after 14,5 km.... and an average of about 7 %.
From here we can do several things, go down about 3 km and climb for about 4 km towards Las Palomas, to descend towards Zahara de la Sierra..... continue towards Grazalema, and from there we continue towards Villaluenga del Rosario and Benacoaz (climbing another 3 passes), and from the junction that goes towards Ubrique head towards the exit, towards El Bosque, already a slight climb to another small pass, but MUCH MORE TRAFFIC, although there is a good shoulder.
