Admittedly a long time ago (> 10 years), but still one of the most boring climbs I have done. A wide national road (N121b) that was actually otherwise very quiet goes up in wide loops through the fields. No real views and the only exciting thing at the top is that you get to go back down. It was on my multi-day cycling holiday route from Bayonne to Argeles-sur-Mer, but I wouldn't pay attention to it otherwise.
