A nice climb from Polleur up through mostly forest and immediately a tough challenge. The first part of the climb is still gentle with a nice view to the back of Polleur. At a flat stretch into a side valley you can see the road towering up on the other side and your eyes do not deceive you. A very steep stretch follows where the tarmac is also a bit mediocre. A little further on it flattens out but it continues to rise considerably. Eventually, the slope stops between the houses.
Een mooie klim vanuit Polleur door vooral bos omhoog en meteen ook een pittige uitdaging. Het eerste deel stijgt nog rustig waarbij een mooi zicht naar achteren op Polleur hebt en opzij naar het snelwegviaduct. Bij een vlak stuk een zijdal in zie je aan de overkant de weg omhoog torenen en je ogen bedriegen je niet. Er volgt een heel steil stuk waarbij ook het asfalt wat matig is. Iets verderop vlakt het af maar het blijft flink stijgen. Uiteindelijk houdt de helling tussen de huizen op.
