Very nice climb, no traffic at all in the morning.Rember to go all the way to the, from the sign you have to 300 meters and at the gate go left where there are a 20 meter gravel path to the top with a stunning view.

This col near Extremadura in the north of Spain and not so far from Portugal is not the most fun climb because it is a very big and wide road to the top but with a beautiful. Especially at the top you have a fantastic view. The road can be busy at times and sometimes not at all.
Note there is no protection by a bike path or the like.
The hardest part of the climb is halfway but the great danger of this col is that you get the view that it rises little and you will force yourself and it is soon an hour or more climbing.
