A fine, not too tough but certainly not light climb with nice views and, if anything, quite varied scenery - no given in these parts. In Campitello Matese, where once a Giro stage ended on this climb, it is pleasant to recover and also nice walking, especially on a hot summer day, the climbing time I filled in here is up to there. The stretch after that is more of a dessert as far as I'm concerned, with lesser views.
Een fijne, niet te zware maar ook zeker niet lichte klim met mooie uitzichten en zo waar een behoorlijk afwisselende omgeving - geen gegeven in deze contreien. In Campitello Matese, waar eens een Giro-etappe op deze klim eindigde, is het prettig bijkomen en ook mooi wandelen, zeker op een warme zomerse dag, de klimtijd die ik hier heb ingevuld is tot daar. Het stuk daarna is wat mij betreft meer een toetje, met mindere uitzichten.
