A connecting road out of the beautiful Hoëgne valley uphill. I found the tarmac reasonable, though there are some lesser spots. Quite a few bends so that gives some variation. Rises nicely up to the subway of the motorway, after that it is more like cycling out. Now and then lorry traffic which doesn't feel very good but otherwise it wasn't really busy.

The asphalt is not super, but certainly not as bad as you often encounter in other places in Wallonia. The climb goes along a through road, without a cycle path, and is therefore not always pleasant to ride, especially when cars're passing by.

A nice climb on a busy road. In this part of Wallonia, many roads are connecting roads: busy, wide and not very good tarmac. Despite that, the passage is mostly through the forest which makes the climb a bit more attractive.
