A nice and partly quite tough climb on a small road of which the largest part has reasonable to good asphalt. The part after the side road is a lot worse (and there the asphalt also ends at the end of the climb). An option (especially with thin tires) would be to leave this part, which is also much less steep than the first part, for what it is because it offers little extra's, and thus left to unload what offers a nice view. On this section beware of loose stones and less good asphalt. Inc... read more

An option (especially with thin tires) would be to leave this part, which is also much less steep than the first part, for what it is because it offers little extra's, and thus left to unload what offers a nice view. On this section beware of loose stones and less good asphalt. Incidentally, descending via the climbing route also offers beautiful views. With the turn (or rather turn) the climb is shorter but you feel it then because the slope is nice and steep.
