If you do not want to cycle on gravel you will have to descend this climb from the top to get to the start. This beginning is more towards Wolfsfurth and that makes the climb a bit longer. Descend until the tarmac stops. Be careful because sometimes bad tarmac in combination with horse figs and sometimes a steep piece. However, when descending you can enjoy a beautiful view and view of the Wurm. Also during the climb there is sometimes a particularly beautiful view which you do not expect so close to the border with NL.
The road is moderate but the views make up for a lot. Still enjoying it.
Als je niet over gravel wilt fietsen zal je deze klim van boven af moeten afdalen om bij het begin te komen. Dit begin ligt meer richting Wolfsfurth en dat maakt de klim wat langer. Afdalen tot het asfalt stopt dus. Wel voorzichtig want soms slecht asfalt i.c.m. paardenvijgen en soms een steil stuk. Wel kan je bij het afdalen genieten van een prachtig uitzicht en zicht op de Wurm. Ook bij de klim is er soms een bijzonder fraai uitzicht wat je zo vlak over de grens met NL niet verwacht.
De weg is dus matig maar het uitzicht maakt veel goed. Toch genieten dus.
