The ascent begins with a nice bump at the Valle San Giorgio church, then continues in a discontinuous manner until an easier section in the middle. In the second part, the gradient reaches double figures again when, immersed in the forest, we approach the Le Volpi farmhouse, which marks the end of the effort. The asphalt is bad in the middle section, there are a few drainage grates at the start, the finish is better. The descent must be taken carefully. Although there is very little traffic, the road is narrow and some bends are rather tricky.
