No Ristori all'arrivo (bisogna scendere verso Aprica).... read more

Nice climb, especially if you plan to go all the way up to the Mortirolo.
Pedalable at the start and decidedly challenging at the finish.
There is very little traffic because everyone passes through Aprica and those who want to go to do the Mortirolo climb from the better known and more famous roads.
Personally, I really appreciated it because it climbs in total tranquillity, always in the woods with occasional glimpses of the valley.
On the entire climb, there is only one drinking fountain about 3 km after the crossroads, on a hairpin bend with houses.
When you reach the pass, there is only the post without a sign, so no photos with the sign.

Pedalabile all'inizio e decisamente impegnativa sul finale.

Lovely alternative climb to the road to Passo Aprica.
Always little frequented and immersed in a splendid forest that impedes the view.
Quite demanding in the final part, it is rewarded by the beautiful descent to Passo Aprica.
Large car park after the Tresenda crossroads (where the Sentiero Valtellina passes).
No water fountains along the route.
No refreshments at the finish (you have to descend towards Aprica).
