This is one of the "minor" roads leading to the Penice massif. The first part, as far as Menconico, is fairly insignificant; from the village of Menconico everything changes. Inclines in "double digits" and even well over 13. A few metres of breathing space, a break at a beautiful fountain in the Carrobbiolo locality, and we begin again as far as the Scaparina Pass. Here, where no less than five roads converge, there is a bar offering gigantic sandwiches.
Si tratta di una delle strade "minori" che portano al massiccio del Penice. La prima parte, sino a Menconico, è abbastanza insignificante; dall'abitato di quest'ultimo cambia tutto. Pendenze in "doppia cifra" e anche ben oltre il 13. Qualche metro di respiro, un intervallo ad una bella fontana in località Carrobbiolo, e si ricomincia fino al Passo Scaparina. Qui, dove confluiscono ben 5 strade, si trova un bar che regala panini giganteschi.
