Excellent climb for training on the harder slopes. The part after Agnoletti is in the shade, excellent asphalt, no traffic. The descent to Faida is bumpy and narrow. Once on the Piné Plateau, go wherever you want.

Wonderful climb in a side valley of the Val dei Mocheni. This variant starts in Pergine and passes through the villages of Serso and Viarago, with regular gradients and a few stretches of false-flat. Once in Mala, a tight double hairpin bend kicks off the hardest part of the climb: just over 4 km with gradients always around 10%. You climb through the forest, on excellent asphalt and with virtually no traffic: if you pick up the pace, it is a climb that never gets too hard, and it is satisfying.
Once at the top, the descent (equally well asphalted) leads to Faida: then from there you can continue towards Piné, or return to Pergine on secondary roads with little traffic, such as the one leading to Riposo.
