First 4/5 km at 6/7 ％ then rideable, some falsoplanes halfway up; road surface excellent, recent passage of the Giro d'Italia 2024. Beautiful scenery; starting at 08.00 from Sestri, shade for about 70％ of the route. Beware of motorcyclists at the weekend, fast and flush on the inside and then wide on the outside corners. Few cars.
Primi 4/5 km al 6/7 ％ poi pedalabile, alcuni falsopiani a metà salita; manto stradale ottimo, recente passaggio del Giro d’Italia 2024. Panorama bellissimo; con partenza alle 08.00 da Sestri, ombra per circa 70％ del tragitto. Attenzione ai motociclisti nel weekend, veloci e a filo curve interne e poi larghi in uscita curva. Poche auto.
Nice gradual climb with fantastic views. Particularly beginning is quite steep. Road is wide and newly built. There is enough shade to do the climb even on a hot summer day. Traffic was not too bad.
Mooie geleidelijke klim met fantastische uitzichten. Met name begin is vrij steil. Weg is breed en nieuw aangelegd. Er is genoeg schaduw om ook op een warme zomerdag de klim te doen. Verkeersdrukte viel mee.
The road immediately climbs steeply for a couple of kilometres then becomes more pedalable.
Once at the top, the view is truly exceptional: the road is 600 metres above sea level.
At the weekend, it is possible to meet several motorcyclists, so be very careful.
