Good climb.
Longer than the average climb in the area, well rideable. The most difficult section is at the start, especially if done in summer as it is in the sun and the lower part is generally warmer.
Then the gradient becomes more pleasant, with a few sections where it flattens out slightly.
At the top there is a restaurant for a well-deserved break.
The Bocco Pass is an interesting crossroads for several routes connecting the coast with the hinterland.
Bella salita.
Più lunga della media delle salite della zona, ben pedalabile. Il tratto più difficile è all'inizio, soprattutto se fatto in estate visto che è al sole e più in basso è generalmente più caldo.
Poi la pendenza diventa più piacevole, con qualche tratto in cui spiana leggermente.
In cima c'è un ristorante per una meritata pausa.
Il Passo del Bocco è un interessante crocevia per diversi itinerari che collegano la costa con l'entroterra.

The last part in the woods, the first part sunnier, a climb that is challenging for its length, not for the gradients.
In realtà la strada più classica sarebbe quella che passa da San Siro Foce senza fare il taglio diretto per Montemoggio, con la salita che si allunga di circa 3 km e la pendenza mai in doppia cifra. Ultima parte nel bosco, la prima più assolata, salita impegnativa per la lunghezza, non per le pendenze.
