Exposed to the sun, this climb is ideal in spring (but not on afternoons in July and August). The road is in excellent condition, but the gradients should not be underestimated. From the top, you can reconnect within 1-2 km to the climb to Brè above Locarno, Val Resa or Mergoscia.
