Noordzeedreef is a low-traffic connecting road linking the hinterland with the busy Albert I avenue. It is very pleasant to be there: the nearby parallel road (Kinderlaan) sucks all motorised traffic towards it, as it directs traffic from the E40 towards the coastline. Consequently, Noordzeedreef is deserted: only local traffic passes there, as well as tourists staying at the nearby CenterParcs campsite.
I can be brief about the sloping strip: straightforward, but that 8% seems slightly excessive to me. You're through before you even have to put pressure on the pedals.
