Dit is mijn favoriete kant om de Kruisemberg op te rijden, vanwege de naam alleen al. Eerst hetzelfde als de klim naar de uitkijktoren, Halverwege sla je echter af naar links en dan rechts om via een hol wegje tussen de bomen verder te klimmen. Dit maakt het veel gevarieerder. Hierdoor is het ook moeilijker dan de uitkijktoren want moeilijker te doseren/ritme te vinden en het steile stukje duurt ook iets langer.
