Climb along a tiled cycle path along a back road. The climb is relaxed with a few slight curves uphill through a green residential area. Nothing startling. Did feel heavier than the climb via the Beer Road but that could be psychological.
There are plenty of pleasant climbs in the area. The cycle path is paved and quite narrow. You also pass a lot of exits, so be careful. I like the Bierweg and Leemzeulder better, for example.
