An unfamiliar but very tough climb. The first kilometre still rises slightly, but then it starts. The climb is irregular and goes up in steps. The steep parts are about 20%. If you are in the area a must. There is some traffic though. Tip: On the slightly more western 'Via del Canale' there is hardly any traffic and it is almost as tough. This alternative comes out in the pretty village of Roccatederighi. Feel free to have a drink there to recover! "Saluti!"
"Saluti!"
