A nice climb with some steeper sections along a stream and up through a beautiful stream valley. The whole climb is surrounded by nice smelling forest. Reasonable tarmac with some moderate spots. The tarmac ends at the end of the climb but you can continue on a good gravel road (nice crossing to Rott). The gradient of the climb is not too bad but the length makes itself felt and with all the windings you have no idea how far you have to go until you suddenly reach the top.
