Not going for the heights but enjoying the forest
Niet voor de hoogteverschillen gaan maar lekker genieten van het bos
A lovely winding cycle path through the woods uphill, with the concrete road surface being excellent. Feels a little tougher than the points indicate as there are sometimes some steeper bits in it. Can be crowded with "tourist" cyclists who struggle to stay neatly to the right when descending.
After the climb, you enter the - also pretty - moors with possible obstacles on the cycle path in the form of pretty Spanish cattle.
Een heerlijk slingerend fietspad door de bossen omhoog, waarbij het betonnen wegdek uitstekend is. Voelt iets zwaarder aan dan de punten aangeven omdat er soms wat steilere stukjes in zitten. Kan wel druk zijn met "toeristische" fietsers die moeite hebben om bij het afdalen netjes rechts te blijven fietsen.
Na de klim ga je de - eveneens fraaie - heide op met mogelijk obstakels op het fietspad in de vorm van mooie Spaanse runderen.
