Zoals hierboven vermeld staan er inderdaad verkeerslichten op het traject maar deze werken alleen tijdens de opening- en sluitingsuren van de naburige school. Voor de rest is het een aangename klim dwars doorheen het centrum van Moorsel richting Tervuren. Je kan van hieruit eenvoudig richting het Afrikaans museum of richting Vossem fietsen. Een nadeel: het kan, indien je tegenslag hebt, echt wel druk zijn op de baan maar gelukkig weten de (meeste) chauffeurs dat fietsers hier op de rijbaan moeten.
