Did this climb in November 2022 and I can highly recommend it! Very steep of course (9% average), but the gradient is quite constant so you can get into a rhythm. Hardly any traffic on the road. The tarmac is in a decent state, with just some pot holes here and there in the beginning. Almost the entire ride is through the forest, with sudden stunning views when you get to the top! At the start of the climb there is a sign post with information, as well as a sign for every km remaining, by the Valnerina cycling association.
