Highly recommended, done the ghisallo several times before I had heard of this climb which actually runs along a side road of the Ghisallo towards San Primo. Superb views of Lake Como!

The so-called "SuperGhisallo" Very rewarding climb, especially after the diversions of the little church, the traffic becomes almost nil and there is good shade. New, perfect asphalt up to the Rancio plateau

After the hard section of the Ghisallo climb, you leave the little church of Guello on the right and start climbing again. You enter a different world among woods and gardens that seem to come straight out of a Tolkien book. At the top there is a bar and restaurant.

Extension of the Ghisallo ascent (as if this wasn't already enough).
Nice route often in the woods, so also suitable in summer.
Challenging, leaves little opportunity for rest but amply repays the effort made.
Possibility of refreshments at the finish.
Fountain at the start of Ghisallo and along the climb (hairpin bends).

Possibilità di ristoro all'arrivo.
