Did the climb from Valdobbiadene via Pianezze. Quite a nice introduction climbing through the trees at a reasonable gradient. The road flattens out after the turn to Monte Cesen so gives time to recover. The last few Kms are a slog and the road surface deteriorates. The views from the top are spectacular especially on a clear day the peaks of the dolomites are visible. Can be a lot of cars on a summers day so I descended via Combai which is quieter though has very tight hairpins and a sometimes terrible road surface
Did the Madean from Guietta. Mariech passed me by. Spicy climb at times. Goes mostly through forest. Great views over Veneto at the top. Sections with new asphalt
Heb de Madean gedaan vanuit Guietta. Mariech aan me voorbij laten gaan. Bij tijd en wijlen pittige klim. Gaat grotendeels door het bos. Bovenaan prachtig uitzicht over Veneto. Gedeeltes met nieuw asfalt
