The climb is very hard; the stretch from the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso (well worth a visit, there is a fountain of very fresh water) to the Hermitage of San Genesio is unpaved and a huge dust cloud rises every time a car passes. At the top, besides the Hermitage, there is the House of the Alpini, which is quite busy.
Salita molto dura; il tratto dal Santuario della Madonna del Sasso (merita una visita, c'è una fontana di acqua freschissima) all'Eremo di San Genesio è sterrato e si alza un polverone ogni volta che passa un'automobile. Sulla cima, oltre all'Eremo, c'è la Casa degli Alpini, abbastanza frequentata.
Nice and with some nice steep parts...last section unpaved (I did it both by bike and by mobility)
Carina e con qualche bel pezzetto di forte pendenza…ultimo tratto sterrato ( io l'ho fatto sia con la bici che con la mobilità)
Not a long climb but very hard, not smooth, many stretches over 15％, well asphalted in the first 4 km then better to use the mountain bike.
Salita non lunga ma molto dura, non regolare, molti tratti oltre il 15％, ben asfaltata nei primi 4 km poi è meglio usare la mtb.
