Beautiful scenic road that climbs up through the gullies. It crosses an uninhabited area so there is practically no traffic. After an initial series of fairly hard hairpin bends, the gradients become pedalable until below Montecalderaro, where there is another small stretch around 10％. If you choose to make the descent towards Varignana, great caution is required, the road surface is in a pitiful condition all the way to Palesio.
Bella strada panoramica che sale tra i calanchi. Attraversa una zona disabitata quindi il traffico è praticamente nullo. Dopo una prima serie di tornanti abbastanza duri, le pendenze diventano pedalabili fino a sotto Montecalderaro, dove si fa un altro strappetto attorno al 10％. Se si sceglie di fare la discesa verso Varignana occorre grande prudenza, il manto stradale è in condizioni pietose fino a Palesio.
