I could consider this climb more as an alternative to the middle section of the regular climb - over the main road - to Mont Theux. This is because to get to the start of the climb you still have to take the first part via the main road. The climb itself does start nicely over a nice agricultural road. A little further on you turn left at a road cross and further on you come to the - busy! - main road after which there is a steep climb (unfortunately due to traffic not very pleasant) to the top.
Deze klim kan me meer beschouwen als een alternatief voor het middelgedeelte van de reguliere klim - over de hoofdweg - naar Mont Theux. Dit omdat om bij het begin van de klim te komen je alsnog het eerste deel via de hoofdweg moet meepakken. De klim zelf begin wel leuk over een mooi agrarisch weggetje. Iets verderop bij een wegkruis linksaf staan en verderop kom je op de - drukke! - hoofdweg waarna een steile klim (helaas vanwege het verkeer niet heel aangenaam) naar de top volgt.
