De klim start in een mooie omgeving. Vanaf de beek gaat de weg steeds meer stijgen, ook nadat je rechtsaf bent geslagen. Na de bocht naar links gaat het ineens een stuk harder omhoog en is het even aanpoten tot je bij een bankje met mooi uitzicht komt. daarna daalt de weg en na de beek stijgt deze meteen mest weer aardig tot in het dorpje. Daarna gaat het langzaam verder omhoog tot de top waarbij je de huizen achter je laat en er mooi uitzicht over rechts is. Tot en met de afdaling is het wegdek matig, daarna wordt het stukken beter.
