Not the most exciting route in this area! The start, and steepest part, is up a narrow sunken lane with steep banks either side. Passing any vehicle would be awkward. The gradient eases towards the summit but that is hemmed in by tall hedgerows so no real view for your effort. The climb is only worth doing if it's on your route or if you want to challenge yourself on the gradient. There are much better climbs nearby eg. Melin-y-Wig, and Mynydd Bettws from Bettws Gwerfil Goch.... read more
