A beautiful pass sheltered from traffic. The last 3-4 kilometres sting, but the scenery is magnificent.
Lots of cows and cow grills on the descent to Jaun.
Très beau col à l'abris de la circulation. Les 3-4 derniers kilomètres piquent bien, mais le paysage est magnifique.

This is typically a pass that, if you look at the average gradient, doesn't pose any major problems, but the difficulties lie in the last 4-5 kilometres, which are frankly very tough. If you can look up, the scenery in the Bernese Oberland is absolutely magnificent, and there's total peace and quiet as soon as you leave the main road.
Voilà typiquement un col qui, si on regarde la moyenne du dénivelé ne pose pas de gros problème, mais les difficultés se situent dans le 4-5 derniers kilomètres qui sont franchement très difficiles. Si on peut lever le nez, les paysages de l'Oberland bernois sont absolument magnifiques, la tranquillité totale dès qu'on quitte la route principale.
