A fairly short climb but it’s harder than you realise. Starts off with a gentle gradient and as the majority of the climb is in view riders get a chance to see the effort needed to get to the top. Once the gradient increases, after approximately 150 metres it is sustained throughout the rest of the climb. So engage your climbing gears and try and get into a rhythm nice and early. Well done to all those that attempt this climb!
