Pittige klim met een flink stijgingspercentage over een zeer smalle fietsstrook van de drukke weg tussen Kelmis en Aken. De klim start thv de splitsing met zuidelijke tak van de Entpfuhlerweg. De top ligt bij de splitsing met noordelijke tak van de Entpfuhlerweg. Er zijn leukere beklimmingen in de directe omgeving.
A tough but good run along a busy road. You cycle on a narrow tarmac strip along the road (with a kerb in between) and that is doable. To the left is a nicer cycle path but the prohibition signs are unrelenting (although many cyclists seem to overlook them), and cyclists descend very fast here.
The rest of the route is boring, there is not much to see. Then the detour via the Entenpfuler Weg is much nicer.
Een pittige maar goede loper langs een drukke weg. Je fietst over een smal asfaltstrookje langs de weg (wel met een stoeprand er tussen) en dat is goed te doen. Links ligt een mooier fietspad maar de verbodsborden zijn onverbiddelijk (al zien veel fietsers die blijkbaar over het hoofd), bovendien komen fietsers hier heel hard naar beneden.
Route is verder saai, er valt niet veel te zien. Dan is de omweg via de Entenpfuler Weg veel leuker.
