From the centre, it is first relaxed and - after turning left - increasingly steep uphill until the chapel, after which the percentages drop and a little further on the tarmac ends (the road continues as a gravel road). At about 500 metres you can still turn left or right but the stretch after that is nice. View to the back during a good part of the climb.
Vanuit het centrum gaat het eerst relaxed en - nadat je linksaf bent geslagen - steeds steviger omhoog tot bij de kapel waarna de percentages dalen en iets verderop het asfalt doodloopt (de weg gaat verder als gravelweg). Op zo'n 500 meter kan je nog links- of rechtsaf slaan maar het stuk daarna is mooi meegenomen. Uitzicht naar achteren gedurende een flink deel van de klim.
