Climbed yesterday during the Chouffe Classic. I found it very pleasant, starting from the Achouffe brewery and climbing a beautiful hill with very wide views. The hill is listed in the Cotacol encyclopaedia (no. 564).
Ascension effectuée hier lors de la Chouffe Classic. Je l'ai trouvée pour ma part fort agréable, partant de la brasserie d'Achouffe et grimpant sur une belle colline aux points de vue très larges. Côte répertoriée dans l'encyclopédie Cotacol (n° 564).
Maybe it was also partly due to the fact that in my mind I was going to have a drink in Achouffe and the brasserie was dead and closed ( :-) ), but the climb that followed was nothing. Big job, crowded, ...
For my part it was only good for a descent to do the magnificent climb to Wibrin/Chabrehez.
Misschien lag het ook deels aan het feit dat ik in m'n hoofd in Achouffe een terrasje ging doen en dat de brasserie doods en gesloten was ( :-) ), maar de klim die volgde was maar niks. Grote baan, druk, ...
Voor mijn part alleen maar goed als afdaling om de schitterende klim naar Wibrin/Chabrehez te kunnen doen.
