Nice way to avoid the centre of Beekbergen. Quiet road past sports fields and cemetery Many catering establishments in Beekbergen.
From Beekbergen, it already goes up very slightly on the Loenenseweg but only after turning into the Koningsweg (the start of this climb) does it really go up although you don't have to expect much of it at first. Further on, however, it does get noticeably steeper and at the end you can see the road passing nicely over a highest point. Otherwise, the Koningsweg is just a very nice and slightly winding road along forest and some detached houses.
