Just like the variant from Aarschot, this climb is ideal to go full speed ahead! Only the last meters can disturb your rhythm, but for the rest you can go full speed ahead.
If you descend in the direction of Aarschot, you really have to look out for oncoming traffic (you are riding in a one-way street for cars, but as a cyclist you can ride in this direction). When you are down there, you also approach an intersection at full speed, and even if there is little traffic, a collision is still possible.

Net zoals de variant vanuit Aarschot is dit klimmetje ideaal om volgas op door te gaan! Enkel de laatste meters kunnen je ritme even verstoren, maar voor de rest kan je lekker vol aan de bak.
Indien je afdaalt richting Aarschot, dan moet je écht wel goed uitkijken naar tegenliggers (je rijdt namelijk een éénrichtingsstraat voor autoverkeer tegemoet, maar als fietser mag je in deze zin rijden). Als je beneden bent kom je ook op volle snelheid een kruispunt tegemoet, en ook al komt er weinig verkeer, dan nog zou een aanrijding mogelijk zijn.
