Wonderful climb. Between Vevey and Blonay you have a wide road in excellent condition that's not too steep. It runs very smoothly. From Blonay you take the Pléiades path, either directly to Lally or via l'Aillaz. There are gradients of up to 10% but all in all it's not too difficult. The last few kilometres at 5-6% are uneventful. At 1209 m there is a good restaurant (the 1209), then you pass Lally at 1236. This is indeed a cul de sac for cyclists (not hikers) but the view is... read more

Great climb, a highly frequented training climb for the locals because it is the first longer climb that can be reached from Lausanne and the Lavaux area.

Wonderful little climb above Vevey. Roads are in good condition and there is little traffic, especially after the first few kms. Gorgeous views as typical for the terrain. While there are other climbs in the region that are perhaps more awe inspiring, this is an excellent option for chiller ride (or go up it at light speed, do what you want, I don't care :))

Probably one of the easiest climbs in the Riviera region. Definitely worth it though as the views over Lake Geneva are excellent (as all other climbs here). There is a mountain train going up from Vevey via Blonay to Les Pleiades, which track you will see on multiple occasions when riding up. This is a perfect opportunity to bring non-cycling family along on a trip. You can reach the Les Pleiades station, but there is a couple 100meters of steep and quite rough gravel. Otherwise you can get in at the penultimate station for a 5 minute ride to the top. There is a nice restaurant there and in the winter you will find people skiing on the slopes next to the road you ride.
