After the bridge over the beautifully situated Weser, the road is flat at first but then starts to climb a bit. After a short and gentle descent, the fairly straight road ahead of you is much more promising as it rises nicely and proves to offer quite a bit of punch, almost to the end. In the process, you hardly meet any other people, the forest is beautiful and the tarmac is fine.
